Please take a moment to read these terms.

1) Who we are

Printrevive provides practical, step-by-step device guidance. We don’t sell hardware or represent any brand. Our aim is to help you fix everyday issues safely and with confidence.

Service region: United Kingdom (online guidance)

2) Scope of service

Our guidance is designed to help you troubleshoot common device problems. We do not provide repairs, remote access, warranty support, or any manufacturer-level services.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service and have access to the device you want help with.

4) Bookings, plans & sessions

• Booking a session means you’re requesting personalised guidance for a specific issue.
• If you choose a plan, you’ll receive guidance based on the limits and features of that plan.
• Session times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
• We may refuse or end a session if the device is unsafe, damaged, or used in a way that prevents proper guidance.

5) Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments must be completed before your session or plan begins.

6) Acceptable use (devices & materials)

You agree not to misuse any resources we provide, including guides or checklists.
You must not:
• share paid materials publicly
• claim our content as your own
• use our guidance for unsafe, harmful, or unlawful activity

7) Safety & device responsibility

We guide you through safe, reversible steps. You remain responsible for your device, data, backups, and following the steps carefully.

8) Intellectual property & licenses

All guides, checklists, workflows, and explanations belong to Nex Solutions. You may use them for your personal use only.

9) Privacy & cookies

We collect only the information needed to deliver our service. For details on cookies, analytics, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.

10) Cancellations, refunds & consumer rights

If you need to cancel, you must do so before the session starts. Some plans may include additional refund options. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11) Warranties & disclaimers

We do not guarantee that your device issue will be fully resolved, as some problems require repairs or manufacturer support. All guidance is given in good faith based on the information you provide.

12) Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, unsafe devices, or steps taken outside our instructions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session.

13) Complaints & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

14) Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes may be handled by courts in the United Kingdom.
