Quick Fixes to Try
- Restart everything
– Turn the printer off and on
– Restart your computer or phone
– Restart your Wi-Fi router - Check Wi-Fi connection
– Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device
– Ensure Wi-Fi is working on other devices - Move the printer closer to the router
Weak signal = failed connection. - If using USB
– Try a different USB port
– Make sure the cable is fully plugged in
– Try another cable if available - Check for error lights/messages on the printer screen.
