Quick Fixes to Try

  1. Restart everything
    – Turn the printer off and on
    – Restart your computer or phone
    – Restart your Wi-Fi router
  2. Check Wi-Fi connection
    – Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device
    – Ensure Wi-Fi is working on other devices
  3. Move the printer closer to the router
    Weak signal = failed connection.
  4. If using USB
    – Try a different USB port
    – Make sure the cable is fully plugged in
    – Try another cable if available
  5. Check for error lights/messages on the printer screen.
